If there’s one hot segment in RC racing right now, it has to be the Short Course (SC) Truck class. From the originator of the class, the Traxxas Slash, to the more recent entrants including the Team Associated SC10, Losi Strike and HPI Blitz, the SC class is going strongso much so that the folks at Team Associated and RC Madness (in Enfield, Connecticut) put their heads together and created the Short Course Nationals. Held over July 24–27, nearly 100 drivers took to the track to battle it …

Some of the guys at the race like Greg Vogel were talking about going there on Friday Night. I was too tired otherwise I would have checked it out too. I can’t wait to go next year!
Awsome Video.. I live in Connecticut I wish i would of known of the event i would of loved to attend.. I have never been to RC madness, the only track i have been to is “Control Freakz” in Chaplin CT.. if you guys get the chance check out that track it is very nice…
those mini slashes are fun little trucks. they are so fast. the four wheel drive makes for a different kind of truck. ive used one it was pretty neat
Wow that was a stunning video, thank you soooo much!
In the Spec Slash class we had to run the stock Titian 12T motor. In the open class people could run anything they liked.
nice video.does the slashes work with the stock motor or with a brushless?
very nice video. thank’s, was good to watch, thank’s uploader.
Unfortunately there weren’t any available to take to the race. I wished I could have taken one with me as I am pretty sure I could have put it in the A-Main of Open.
why no strike? Looked like the perfect truck to include! nice video
Unfortunately No
Was there any Losi Strike Trucks in any of the races?
Whats the best racing sc truck

thanks, amazing races!
There’s a driver’s stand that is to the left of the “pit road” and split jump after the finger’s section. Upi can see the “pit road” at about the 44-second mark. The driver’s stand was about 15-20 feet above the track for maximum visibility of the track.
where do the operators of the car stand?
just what i needed to see, getting one tomorrow and racing it. cant wait
Awesome vid of the SC trucks !
hahahahaha
Wow very Cool !
